Who we are

Touchline Network is operated from the Netherlands and provides an exclusive, real-time networking platform for verified professionals working in professional football.

What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to run a verified professional network:

Identity data
Name and email address.
Professional data
Your role, organisation and player portfolio.
Verification data
Two-factor authentication details.
Location data
GPS location used for Stadium Mode.
Match attendance data
The fixtures you mark yourself as attending.
Communications data
Chat messages and meeting requests.
Usage and device data
How you use the app and the device you use it on.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Operate the core networking features.
  • Power match attendance tracking.
  • Generate Smart Transfer Signals.
  • Activate Stadium Mode.
  • Verify identity and prevent fraud.
  • Send service notifications.
  • Administer subscriptions.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell your data.

Who we share your data with

Profile information is visible to other verified professionals on the platform. We do not sell or rent data to third parties.

We use a small number of service providers — for our database, authentication and push notifications — who process data under our instructions only.

Data retention and deletion

  • Your data is kept while your account is active.
  • Account deletion is completed within 30 days.
  • Location data is retained only as long as needed for Stadium Mode.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erase your data.
  • Restrict how we process your data.
  • Object to our processing of your data.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
